Shipping: 

Please expect all orders to take about  5-7 days to reach your doorstep. You will be provided a tracking number for your order when you complete your purchase. 

Tracking: 

You'll receive a confirmation email with your order number soon after your purchase. Tracking numbers will be provided to you via email once your order is shipped. There are instances where the courier won't instantly scan your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to refresh after you have been notified that your product has left the warehouse.

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the courier, we have no further communication with the courier company, and you may need to contact the courier directly with any queries or problems.
